OUR STORY
More Than a Building Company
Modern View Constructions was built from a simple belief: that honest work, quality craftsmanship, and genuine care for our clients should be the foundation of every project.
Founded by Jimmy, a qualified carpenter with over 30 years of hands-on experience, our company has grown from a sole-trader carpentry business into a full-service construction company serving the Illawarra region of New South Wales.
Jimmy started his career as a young apprentice and worked his way through every aspect of the building trade — from timber framing and structural carpentry to complete custom home builds. That deep understanding of the trade, from the ground up, is what sets Modern View apart.
Today, we bring that same hands-on approach to every project, whether it’s a new home build, a renovation, a commercial fitout, or a backyard deck. We’re not a big corporate builder — we’re a local team that takes pride in every detail.
