We recently had the pleasure of working with Modern View Construction on a major renovation project, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They knocked down half of our house, replaced the old laundry and bathroom, and then extended our home by adding two beautiful new bedrooms.

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. Jimmy, the lead builder, is an absolute legend. He was not only highly knowledgeable and skilled but also incredibly easy to talk to. He kept us informed every step of the way, ensuring we always knew what was happening and what to expect next.

Jimmy's professionalism is unmatched. He had all the necessary insurances, which gave us peace of mind throughout the project. His dedication to quality and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of the build. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the new spaces have exceeded our expectations in every way.

We highly recommend Modern View Construction to anyone considering a renovation or new build. They are a fantastic team, and we are thrilled with the outcome of our project.
Thank you, Jimmy and the crew, for making our vision a reality!
